To create the Leaf Dangle earrings I first roll embroidered silk lace into both the front and back surface of Sterling Silver sheets. I then cut out the leaves, creating a one-of-a-kind pattern that will truly captivate your attention.
Each leaf is then moulded to preserve the intricate patterns and cast into Sterling Silver using the lost wax method. The leaves once polished are adorned with 24ct yellow gold leaf using the ancient Korean gilding technique Keum-Boo. This random pattern is to replicate the shimmering pattern of sunlight reflecting off a leaf.
