The most accurate way is to visit your local jeweller and have them measure your finger or another ring of the correct size. If you are in Auckland, you are most welcome to contact me and organise a time to come to my workshop for a professional fitting.

If you are unable to visit in person, please download our guide below to measure your size at home:

For my bespoke jewellery clients, I provide complimentary professional ring sizers to ensure a perfect fit.

What are the most commonly purchased ring sizes?

  • I have found that the average ring size varies between L and O for women.
  • The most common size for a man's ring ranges from S to U.

How to Choose Your Bangle Size

Because our bangles are solid and closed, ensuring the correct fit is important. Please refer to our guide to measure your internal diameter accurately.

General Sizing Advice

The following tips apply to rings, bangles, and necklaces to help you get the best fit.

  1. Finger size can change during the day – The best time to measure is at the end of the day when your fingers are at their warmest. Do not measure when your hands are cold, as your fingers could be up to half a size smaller than usual.

  2. Buying a gift? The most accurate way to establish size is to borrow a ring or bangle of theirs (from the correct finger or wrist!) and take it to a local jeweller for a measurement.

  3. Band Width & Stacking – A wider band will feel tighter than a narrower one. This is also true for a ring set of three or more rings worn together; you may need to size up for a wider stack.

  4. The Knuckle Rule – Your ring should comfortably fit your finger: it should be snug but still loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
