Shipping

We use NZ Post/couriers for all our shipping.
For NZ Domestic clients standard postage will use tracking numbers. We will provide you with the tracking number once your jewellery has been sent.
For all international clients when electing to use standard shipping we are not provided with a tracking code. If you require a tracking code we recommend that you upgrade your postage to an International courier which does have a tracking number and a shorter delivery time. Standard International shipping takes 8-10 weeks. International Courier shipping is expected to take between 2 – 3 weeks.
Packaging

When sending your jewellery is packaged in tissue and then within an H+WJ Logo linen bag. To post I will wrap in bubble wrap.
